Joint Financiers of the project “Primary Health Care Quality Improvement Program” (PHCQIP) in the Kyrgyz Republic contracted Oxford Policy Management (OPM) to verify independently results reported by the country (the Ministry of Health and the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund) against the targets for each Disbursement Linked Indicator (DLI). OPM commissioned CGC to establish an independent verification agency (IVA) as per the Financing Agreement between the Kyrgyz Republic and International Development Association (IDA).
The CGC team is expected to provide the following services:
- To take overall responsibility for the quality and timeliness of the technical work and project deliverables;
- To act as the main point of contact with the MoH, KfW and World Bank regarding technical deliverables;
- To assure supervision and coordination of the national data collection and analyses team, including direct supervision of the work done by the Research Manager;
- To produce project deliverables (as per Technical proposal and client contract) to the highest attainable quality and in agreed time-frame, and discus and obtain approval on it from the client.
